The architectural language of this Private Residential Home is defined by geometric clarity and a seamless connection to the landscape. The design uses simple, gable-roof volumes and textured materiality to create a modern sanctuary that feels grounded in its
environment.
The home is composed of distinct, interconnected volumes that redefine traditional residential shapes.
-
Gable Profiles: The use of clean, steep-sloped gable roofs creates a recognizable "home" silhouette while maintaining a contemporary, minimalist edge.
-
Modular Arrangement: By splitting the home into separate wings, the design allows for natural light to enter from multiple sides.

The building "speaks" through a palette of raw and refined materials.
-
Heavy vs. Light: Thick, textured masonry walls provide a sense of permanence and privacy from the street. This is balanced by large glass openings that face the private gardens.
Interior-Exterior Fluidity
-
Framed Views: Tall, vertical windows act as "picture frames," capturing specific views of the greenery and bringing the landscape into the living spaces.
The design carefully manages how visitors transition from the public world to the private home.
-
Screened Entrance: A long, timber-slatted canopy guides the resident toward the front door, offering a compressed, protected "arrival" space.
